About: Molly O'Donnell was born and raised in Yancey County NC. She started her college journey at Mayland Community College and then transitioned to Brevard College for her undergraduate degree in Environmental Studies. After multiple internships on various farms in WNC she became a College Adviser with AppCAC in 2020. She worked at Mitchell High School for two years helping those seniors prepare for their next steps. Immediately following her service as an adviser, she became Assistant Program Director for AppCAC in June of 2022. She is very passionate about training the next set of college advisers and making them feel more confident in their roles, and connected to this region and the people in rural Appalachia.

Professional Organizations: TRACTOR Food and Farms- Board Member since August 2023, Blue Ridge RC&D- Board member since 2021.
