WNC Network

The Western North Carolina Network for Access and Success, a member of the Appalachian Higher Education Access Network (AHEAN), is a collaborative for college
access programming, public schools, and higher education in western North Carolina. The Western NC Network serves as a clearinghouse of information and activities related to improving access to higher education and includes:

Housed at Appalachian State University, The Network serves the Appalachian region of North Carolina and provides opportunities for high schools in the twenty-six Appalachian Regional Commission counties in North Carolina apply for mini-grants to establish
College Access programs on their high school campus. more>>
